This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

A very special apartment in a great location, newly reformed in 2007 with 55sqm and room for up to 5 people.
Amongst the many advantages of this apartment are a big balcony with views to the street, plenty of natural light, a quiet neighbourhood near the theatres of Paral.lel, a safe area with internet cafes and good tapas withing short walking distance of the famous street Las Ramblas.
With 2 bedrooms:
One double bedroom with comfortable double bed 150x190, very sunny place with acces to the balcony where owner place an small table and two chairs to take breakfast in the morning.
One single bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190)with a clother rack, with access to a living room.
There is another room with a double sofa bed(140x190)a big wardrobe with mirrors for your unpacking charming decorated, this room is located at the entrance of the flat with access to the flat without door, only with a curtain but with a privacy enough, acces to a living room, could be like a 3rd bedroom.
The bathroom is brand new and is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
You can relax in the comfortable living/dining room, which leads out onto the balcony and captures the light on a sunny day. There is a dining table so you can spend mealtimes indoors if you choose.
he area has many good shops and restaurants, allowing you to make the most of the nightlife of Barcelona , and if you prefer a self-catering holiday the fully equipped kitchen brandnew will allow you to make the most of this.
Situated in a typical old building of the area, only a minute from a metro station (which takes you to Ramblas in 1 stop, 2 minutes) on the 1st floor without lift (there is a lift but there are few steps to take it, so we put not lift).
A great apartment for a family who want to stay in a quiet place with quick and easy access to the city centre! located in Old town-Poble sec.
Tip: If you are taking the airport bus the Gran Via Corts Catalanes/Comte d'Urgell stop is closer than Plaza Catalunya (10-15 minutes walk from the apartment).
