This stylish apartment is situated in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood near the sea, right next to the lively Rambla Poble Nou.
2 bedrooms:
1 double room with a comfortable double bed. The large windows allow plenty of light into the room, and the decoration is a luxurious combination a black, white and gold.
1 twin room with 2 single beds. This room has a silver and whit theme, with wooden floors and natural light.
There is a double sofabed in the living space for 2 people.
The tasteful style continues in the bathroom, which is complete with a hydromassage bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.
The lounge / dining room is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or sunbathing. You will find a comfortable sofa, 32" plasma TV, ADSL internet and access to the balcony with street views.
There is a dining table so you may spend mealtimes indoors if you wish. This room has tiled floors and quality furniture.
The newly fitted kitched has all the facilities you need for a self-catering holiday. With plenty of shops conveniently located nearby (including the Icaria cinema/shopping centre) you will be able to make full use of it during your stay.
You will find the beach just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. This part of the coastline has some good beach bars ('chiringuitos') during the summer, and the beaches are slightly less busy than the ones near the city centre.
